Open decisions
Mockup direction. Adi's mockup or Toby's HTML mockups as the base.
IntentOne-side ownership. Who builds the Gemma block in the connector. Luca is checking the data ingestion team.
MCP approach. Three-tool gateway versus Albert's per-tool MCP.
Hosting choice at sign-up. How much region and cloud choice customers get.
Risks
Most of the roadmap is untrackedPlatform integration, extensibility and the Tenant Manager UI have almost no tickets. The Linear project's 10 Aug target date has passed with no new date.
No M4 work targets production yet. Ownership across IntentOne UX, Edge, infrastructure, connectors and customer success is unclear, and no one product-manages the tenant portal.
